Well, I find that being a Lebanese-Canadian gives us a really, really good appreciation for Canada—an appreciation that somebody that doesn’t come from another background doesn’t see. I find uh, you know, that the local, mainstream population doesn’t value the advantages they have in their own society and the country they live in. Whereas when you come uh from a different background and you’ve seen how different parts of the world live, you can really, really appreciate what Canada has to offer, and what Halifax has to offer, and what Nova Scotia has to offer. That’s my—the—my biggest thing. And—and also—and being Lebanese gives a pride in—in where we come from.
